Motor City Contractor Fund (MCCF)
The Motor City Contractor Fund is a collaborative effort between LifeLine Global Consulting, CDFIs, banks, foundations, and the p public sector to bring flexible and affordable lending to Detroit-based BI-POC contractors.
The initiative offers the necessary tools to support business growth in order to bid and complete for an array of contractors in the city including demotion, rehab, and other public/private projects.
The MCCF begins with a 12-month pilot program that combines lending, business advisory services, community-based partnerships, and technology to meet the cash flow needs of twenty local emerging BIPOC Contractors.

How to Partner With Us
Kick off the conversation by filling up our quick-and-easy partner application form to give us a brief idea about you, your organization, and the potential project.
Now that we have an idea of what the project is about, it’s time to say Hello’s, unpack the details of the project, and identify if our organization is the right fit based on the details we have gathered on the call.
Right after the call, our team goes back to the drawing board to outline the scope of work and give it our best shot to craft the most ideal proposal for you based on the factors we gathered from the call.
Once our proposal is accepted, we get the ball rolling and start our signature D.I.M.E.S process, here we start with designing the program, plan to implement, manage the execution, evaluate the result and provide continuous support to the stakeholders.
Let us know how we can help you.
