Motor City Contractor Fund (MCCF)

The Motor City Contractor Fund is a collaborative effort between LifeLine Global Consulting, CDFIs, banks, foundations, and the public sector to bring flexible and affordable lending to Detroit-based BI-POC contractors.

The initiative offers the necessary tools to support business growth in order to bid and compete for an array of contracts in the city, including demolition, rehab, and other public/private projects.

The MCCF began with a 12-month pilot program that combined lending, business advisory services, community-based partnerships, and technology to meet the cash flow needs of twenty local emerging BIPOC Contractors.
