Nimaj Driscoll is a financial professional, entrepreneur advocate, and community development leader with over a decade of experience expanding access to capital, financial education, and economic opportunity. Throughout his career, he has helped community development financial institutions deploy millions of dollars in capital to hundreds of underrepresented entrepreneurs and has contributed to the design of inclusive capital access programs that remove barriers to business ownership and growth. Today, his work includes national business credit and lending advisory services, through which he has advised thousands of small business owners across the country. His approach includes education-first coaching, credit strategy, and capital-readiness planning designed to improve financing outcomes and long-term sustainability.
