At LifeLine Global Consulting, we know that entrepreneurship isn’t just about launching a business. It’s about rewriting the narrative of what’s possible especially for individuals who have been told they’re not ready, not qualified, or not the right fit.
It’s very personal for us.
Our founder, Dr. Nicole Parker, started LifeLine with one goal in mind: to be the kind of support she once needed. From a teen mom navigating life in a group home to becoming the first and only African American woman in the country to own a Tuffy Auto Service Center, her journey reflects what’s possible when potential meets opportunity (plus, the right guidance.)
Since launching, LifeLine Global Consulting has focused on turning purpose into action, and vision into infrastructure. The results speak for themselves:
✅ 25+ entrepreneurs graduated from our small business training programs
✅ Over $2.5 million in funding accessed through coaching, application support, and financial preparation
✅ An additional $1 million in grant and technical assistance dollars unlocked for local entrepreneurs
✅ Support across every stage from business plan writing and market research to financial projections and operational strategy
Every client we serve walks away with a plan that’s fundable, a business they can explain with confidence, and a clearer sense of how to scale their work sustainably.
💼 We Know What Entrepreneurs Really Need
Many of the people we work with didn’t see themselves as entrepreneurs. They had ideas. They had drive. But they didn’t have:
- Access to funding
- Technical support
- Belief in their ability to lead a business
We step in to provide:
- One-on-one coaching rooted in each founder’s goals
- Clarity in financials and funding strategy
- Hands-on support from a team that understands the barriers—and how to overcome them
Because we’ve been there.
Investing in the Next Generation, Too
LifeLine’s work doesn’t stop with adult entrepreneurs. Through our Junior Innovators program, we’ve partnered with organizations and schools, including Northwestern High School, to introduce youth to entrepreneurship through panels, mentorship, and workshops.
And in a full-circle moment, we’ve even returned to the same group home where Dr. Nicole once lived—to give back and reinvest in the girls who are walking a path she knows all too well.
As LifeLine Global Consulting continues to expand its impact across Detroit and beyond, its focus remains the same: helping overlooked entrepreneurs gain the structure, strategy, and support they need to build sustainable businesses.
